Tantra begins with Loving Thyself
I often say that I don't follow any single religion, but sometimes it feels like the Tao is following me. Time and time again, my intuition has guided me down paths that have led back to the Tao. I feel a similar connection with Tantra. I didn’t set out to learn about Tantra by reading books or studying its practices. Instead, my understanding of Tantra grew organically through personal experiences—first with my ex-partner and later with others. It wasn’t until I immersed myself in spiritual communities that I even encountered the word "Tantra." As I began exploring its meaning, I realized how deeply my own experiences aligned with its principles, leaving me feeling both validated and seen.
The love and support I experienced with my ex-partner unlocked sexual dimensions within me that I never knew existed. From multiple orgasms to energy orgasms, from a profound openness to experimentation to the tangible feeling of our energies intertwining—I’ve come to truly understand the difference between simply having sex and making love. Over time, I’ve even learned to intuitively channel the sensations from one part of my body into another. It’s a skill that feels natural yet profound, and I’m still exploring how to teach others to do the same. While I haven’t found the perfect words to describe it, this practice has deepened my connection to my body and energy. All of this is from love making, not simply having sex - to me there is a very keen distinction. It is through making love that we can create Heaven on Earth, as the merging of two energies in a Tantric way sends ripples of love into the world, leaving a glow that lingers for days, months, and even years.

This passion has inspired me to begin writing a book about my relationship with Tantra entitled The Power of Coming Together, which I plan to continue once I finish Creating Opulence. I deeply believe that the world needs more Divine Unions—couples working together to spread love and understanding, amplifying each other’s energy. This belief was solidified in one of the most vivid and meaningful dreams of my life, and I know it’s part of my Dharma. So much of my life has been devoted to exploring love and intimacy. For now, as you embark on the Tantric path, here are a few pointers to get started.

Tap into Self-Love through Dance
I know I've said this before in another post, and I know it may sound cliche, but the first step towards Tantric love making is to really love yourself in the most genuine sense of the term. When you develop authentic confidence in your own body, when you own the body your soul was gifted with, flaws and all, your movements become more confident - you learn how to take charge, you learn how to pull back, you learn how to listen. All of these innate skills can also be practiced on the dance floor, this is why I will always promote dance as a way of personal self-development. When you are in an environment where you can dance the way your body wants to move, and you finally surrender to the rhythm, your body responds to the music, to your emotions, to what you've seen in movies and other content, and even to the DNA that stirs within you. When you let go on the dance floor, your body moves like magic, and you can FEEL that. Once you've mastered that on the dance floor, it is then translated in the bedroom. Guaranteed.

Once you’ve mastered your own dance on the dance floor, you develop a profound connection with your body and energy. This connection makes you more attuned to other energies, allowing you to move gracefully with them. After years of attending ecstatic dances, I reached a point where I could dance with anyone and everyone. Being grounded in my own body and movement gave me the freedom to flow effortlessly with the music. When I collided with another person’s energy in that environment, it was an exhilarating and energizing experience. Our energies would play off each other—not simply mirroring but complementing, like magnets drawn together in harmony.
When I would sit back and watch others dance, I noticed that they were also having similar experiences, especially those that engaged in contact dance - they would connect and dance with others, and then sponteneously create magic with just moving together. Sometimes it would look like the most touching choregraphy, but it was really just two souls colliding together in a magical vortex.
Over the years of experiencing and observing this phenomenon, and fueled by my passion for the subject, I’ve come to understand that our connection to music and dance is deeply rooted in the water and earth elements that make up our bodies. Often, when I’m fully immersed in the flow of dance or movement, it feels as though I’m swimming through the air. This idea was further illuminated for me when I discovered Nigel Stanford’s video “Cymatics” :
The video helped me grasp how our bodies respond not just to the emotions evoked by music and lyrics, but to the physical frequencies surrounding us. As we move, these frequencies influence the energy within us, shifting our internal vibrancy. Through this process, we become magnetic to the emotions we express and experience through movement.
"Be Water, My Friend" - Bruce Lee
The next step toward embracing a Tantric life is cultivating a deep, intimate connection with water—the water you consume, the water that flows over you, and the water that surrounds us. Water is life, and it’s time we honor it with the reverence it deserves. Begin by nurturing a profound appreciation for the water you drink. Know its source, ensure you’re drinking enough to stay hydrated, and express gratitude with every sip. Infuse the water with positive intentions, recognizing that it will soon become part of you, nourishing your body and spirit.

Moon Water Meditation
With last night’s full moon casting its luminous glow, the timing felt perfect for today’s JEMM, which centers on a transformative water meditation. In my book, Creating Opulence, I explore the power of water meditations and share the ritual of preparing Moon Water, explaining why it holds such significance.
Moon Water is water that has been intentionally left out under the moonlight, usually during a full moon, to absorb its energy. The practice of making Moon Water is rooted in spiritual and metaphysical traditions, where the moon is believed to hold powerful energy associated with intuition, emotions, and transformation.
This practice invites us to honor the water within us and the water we consume, reflecting on how our intentions can shape its energy and, in turn, nurture our bodies and spirits. This practice is also inspired by the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, who's work has shown the effects of human thoughts and intention on water molecules:
"Dr. Masaru Emoto's water theory suggests that water responds to human consciousness, emotions, and words by forming unique molecular structures. His experiments, as outlined in books like The Hidden Messages in Water, revealed that water exposed to positive intentions (like love and gratitude) forms beautiful, symmetrical crystals when frozen, while water exposed to negative thoughts forms chaotic, irregular patterns." - from Creating Opulence
If you missed the full moon last night, don’t worry—the moon is still bright and powerful tonight, making it a perfect time to join me in this experiment. To be honest, there was a lot of fog last night, so I would like to do this experiment again hoping that tonight will have the moon shining in all its glory. You can prepare your own Moon Water by placing a jar of water under the moonlight, letting it absorb its energy, and then using it during your meditation to set intentions and connect deeply with the element of water.

Here are the instructions to prepare Moon Water:
Gather Your Water: Use spring or filtered water and pour it into a clean, clear glass container. A jar with a lid works perfectly.
Set Your Intention: Hold the container and take a moment to focus on your intention. Whether it's healing, abundance, or clarity, visualize this energy entering the water.
As I filled the container with water, I concentrated on the word "Healing", and as I said the word outloud, I imagined what that would look like in a year by drinking in the vibrancy of 'Healing'.
Place in Moonlight: Leave the jar outside or near a window where it can be bathed in the moon's light, preferably during a full moon for its heightened energy. Cover the jar to keep it clean.
Drink and Reflect: The next morning, bring the water inside. During your water-drinking meditation, imagine the moon's luminous energy flowing through you, harmonizing your mind, body, and spirit.
Consciously hydrating with clean, fresh water and engaging in mindful consumption rituals like the one described above reinforces to your subconscious that you truly love and care for yourself. You’re not just consuming something random—you’re honoring the magic of water, imbuing it with your intentions, and integrating its vitality into your being. May this practice empower you to move through life with greater grace, love, and intention each and every day.
Go on with your beautiful, loving self!! The world needs the love inside of you!
One Love!
